Asura Strike

Hello 

Ok, I know that the Champoin's Asura Strike is netrual damage, and that it misses monsters such as Thanatos, Gloom Under Night, ect.

I read that it's element is always netrual and that it cannot hit monsters that are Ghost Property because they receive 0% damage from neutral property attacks.

Now, knowing this I am confused. 
Because, I was using Body Relocation on my Champoin to locate Thanatos, and when I found him I tried to Asura him for the hell of it. At the time i had a Triple Liberation Electric fist [3] equipped, and my Asura hit and killed him.

I thought that its element could not be changed? or, does it only work if the elemet of my weapon is any thing other than neutral?

Asura is indeed ALWAYS neutral.. thanatos was the one who changed his element which you can find in his skill descript

I was hoping that asura can have a different element to it if possible ><. Same goes for demonstration.

If Asura was able to be element changed, then champions would be destroying MVPs like Beelzebub in one shot on MR, maybe GR or something on LR. That's not even taking into account the PvP implications...

You can still asura GR, by using a marina weapon to freeze it.

Also, elemental asura is ghey, but elemental AD is probably worse.

Like, I was hoping that such skills have different properties so I can modify some things on my server to balance them out. People complain too much about ghostring cards and such. -speaking as an owner of a HR server- I would like to play around with these properties and test them out. Also, I don't see creators as much in PvP probably because everyone can have ghostring cards... which makes demonstration useless or almost useless. People can easily obtain immunity against freeze and such. Then again, it's hard to reach a high mark for class balance on a HR/SHR server.

Uhm, What? GR is considered a boss type monster meaning it can't be frozen, Unless we're not talking about the generic Ghostring. Boss type = not able to be frozen, so not sure where you got that information.

And indeed, when AD was first out it actually could be made elemental, and it was impossible to win again, in PvP and outside of PvP. That was also before Gravity issues the nerf on some monsters where they're vit dropped.

eh. forget it, i might have been talking about a bugged ghostring.

and Yukino, sure, it poses (much) more of a challenge for people who are trying to counter AD and Asura, but it definitely does not pose a challenge for the people using them. Think about it. As it is, Asura and AD, while forced neutral, are still 2 of the 3 most deadly skills in woe. Give them an element and they'll be in a whole different league.

You're talking about HR/SHR though, so above input could be completely irrelevant.

Try having them be a combo monk instead of an TSS or Asura whore.
