my server max lv = 99.. pvp champ type..
im confuse to decide the ratio of status.. among str/int/dex..
my fren said str 99 dex 90 remind int..

wats ur opinion..? help pls..

from what i hear for woe champs u want huge dex. but u also might want a little vit. most builds focus around your final equipment build so my advice would be to not max anything too early until you know what you can get. unless you have a reset npc in which just play around with different builds.

for me ill go for just reach str to  120      then 76 dex and 76 int    w/ morpheus set and a +10 3ple liberation titan mace u will get up to 109k asura strike
