About to start renewal for the first time ever hehe, thinking of playing Sura and I have a question..
I've watched a bunch of videos of Sura and how they WoE and PvP , I've noticed their casting time of Zen and Asura are really slow.. Does this mean they have a fixed casting time?
Yes. This is basic renewal knowledge. Where have you been the last three years?
Most skills that have a cast time now have two parts.
Variable and Fixed. There is no more instant cast (unless the skill has no Fixed cast)
You can reduce variable with stats, equips and buffs. Fixed is set and is the minimum casting time if Variable is 0sec
past 3 years been on a break or playing pre-renewal pservers. anyways, does this mean there are no asura build suras on woe/pvp? either GoH or KA?
