hi! my server just upgraded to include the new skill flash combo is this skill worth anything? it seems cool and all and how would you build such a character?

It looks really useless. The only worthwhile skill in the set it uses is Tiger Cannon, and that in itself is the only skill that does any decent damage. Unless its cooldown is less than Tiger Cannons, its not worth getting at all.

its 4 sec delay and it doesnt cost any spirit spheres even if it says it does for whatever reason

It can be used for Combo Shuras who do FE>TC.

Well it's name suggests it's a skill for combo shuras. Which use Knuckles.

Personally it's very useless and a waste of points, the 120 atk is not really noticeable and the delay after cast sucks (i end up just standing there for a couple seconds) and will leave you vulnerable. I really wouldn't recommend it.
